Our level 1 service covers all software related issues such as tweaking startup speed, driver re-install, Virus/Spyware removal, Windows/MacOS install and other operating system errors.
Level 2: Motherboard & Component Repair – From £95.00 +VAT
Our level 2 service offers component level repairs on PC and Laptop hardware, this can fix a number a faults; including but not limited to:
- Graphics Card faults
- Microsoldering work
- Broken connector replacement
- DC socket replacement
- Charging faults
Essentially we can replace any low level components down to an individual capacitor, this enables us to fix almost any hardware faults.
Liquid Damage Repair – From £79.99 +VAT
Spilt liquid on your device, we have a 90% success rate for liquid damage repairs. If any components are needed we will get in touch with you and discuss the additional costs.
Phones, Tablets, Consoles Electronic Repairs
Our level 2 service offers component level repairs on mainboards from phones, tablets and consoles allowing us to fix most hardware related issues for our basic repair charge of just £69.99 +VAT. If the repair requires any extra components and or additional time we will get in touch with you and discuss the additional costs.

Diagnostic + Attempted Repair Charge
The charge of £49.99 will only apply if you do not wish proceed with the quoted repair work or if any repairs carried out fails to fix your device because of further faults that can not be fixed and or make it beyond econommical repair. If we happen to resolve the problem during the diagnostics we will charge just the £49.99 +VAT fee.

Packing Guide
If you are going to send in your device for repair then please follow this guide, and send your device to the Bristol address found on the Contact page.
- You will need enclose your contact details and the address to send your item back to when we are finished. We also advice that you include a print out of any relevant emails you have had from us.
- Make sure you pack your device is in a suitable, rigid box with at least 5″ of padding around the unit.
- If you still have your AC adapter and power lead, you will need you to include that with your device too; especially if we are goingto be fixing a power or charging related problem. Place the adapter on the side of the Laptop/Mac (not on top), this will prevent possible top pressure of the box to crack the display or damage to the devices body.
- Select the size of the box according to its content. Under-filled boxes are likely to collapse, overloaded ones may burst.
- Always use high-quality materials for your package. Consider strength, cushioning, and durability.
- Choose boxes made of corrugated cardboard, with good quality outer liners.
- Wrap all items separately.
- Use strong tape designed for shipping if strapping is not available.
- When re-using a box remove all old labels including any old hazardous materials indicators to avoid any confusing during processing.
