If you have a device that needs repair, simply complete the form below to arrange for your device to be sent to us for diagnostics.
Diagnostics is FREE but there is a return postage charge of £30 should you decide not to have it repaired. Once our expert has completed the diagnostics, we will provide you with a repair quotation and estimated completion time based on our findings.
We aim to complete all diagnostics within 1 week of receiving your device.
How to Send Your Device to Us
We no longer have a workshop that is open to customer visits, so all devices must be posted to us for assessment and repair.
After you submit the form, a member of our team will contact you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your details and provide you with your reference number, and instructions on where to send your device.
Please do not send your device before receiving confirmation from our team. This process is important as it allows us to accurately track your device and ensure that a technician is allocated to your repair.
